What is Health Coaching?

As a Health Coach, my goal is to offer guidance and inspiration to help my clients improve their diet and lifestyle, one step at a time.

We will work together to develop a deeper understanding of the foods and lifestyle choices that work best for you. We will implement lasting habits that will improve your energy, balance, and health.

I believe every person, every BODY, is different; there isn’t one diet that is perfect for everyone. I will help and give you the tools to support your unique body. Together, we will map out a plan made just for you that will address your nutrition, mindset and overall lifestyle.

Help me put it together package

Do you have the resources to get started on your wellness journey but need the motivation? These sessions can be fitness, health or overall wellness focused.

Included in your package: 

  • 3 – 30-35 minute sessions via Zoom

  • Pre call worksheet to help you develop your goals

  • First session will focus on your worksheet

  • Second and third sessions will focus on a topic of your choice

  • Sessions expire within 3 months of purchase

Solid At My Core Coaching Package

Are you trying to understand what your wellness journey should be right now because maybe what you were doing is not working anymore? Would you consider taking a deep dive into understanding yourself and your wellness better? If so, the coaching package is the best place for you.

We will start our time together with a health history and the completion of the wellness wheel, so I can understand your wellness history. From there, we will explore what you want in life, any stress factors, and what might be holding you back. Our coaching relationship is confidential, safe, and meant to empower you.

Included in your 3-month long package:

  • Two 50-55 minute coaching sessions per month via zoom

  • Health history assessment

  • Wellness wheel assessment at the beginning and end of your program

  • Informative handouts, recipes, books, and other tools to guide your journey

  • E-mail support between sessions

  • Invitation and discount to other events and programs coach hosts

  • My personal commitment to your health and success
