Sometimes group programs aren’t the right fit. Sometimes you need a safe space to step back, reflect, and have someone really see you.

That’s where 1:1 coaching comes in.

Together, we’ll:
• Explore what’s tripping you up and why
• Untangle the habits, patterns, and mindset that keep you stuck
• Build a plan that’s specific to you — your body, your season of life, your goals
• Create strategies that feel doable, not overwhelming or unrealistic
• Have real accountability and support so you don’t just set goals… you actually live them

What does a Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach do?

It means I’ve been professionally trained and nationally certified to help you make lasting changes in your health and life.

I don’t just tell you what to do — I partner with you. I listen, ask the questions that uncover what really matters, and help you move past obstacles with clarity and confidence. Think of me as part guide, part accountability partner, and part cheerleader — with the experience and training to help you create real change.

Now Booking 1:1 Sessions — Your Way

I’m now taking clients on a session-by-session basis — no contracts, no set schedule. Just solid support when you need it.

Book a single 60-minute session to get a plan in place, or grab a couple before the holidays for extra guidance and accountability. You decide what works best — one, two, or three sessions — we’ll take it a few weeks at a time and move at your pace.
