🌟 1:1 Coaching – Fall Enrollment Now Open

Sometimes group programs aren’t the right fit. Sometimes you need a safe space to step back, reflect, and have someone really see you.

That’s where 1:1 coaching comes in.

Together, we’ll:

  • Explore what’s tripping you up and why

  • Untangle the habits, patterns, and mindset that keep you stuck

  • Build a plan that’s specific to you (your body, your season of life, your goals)

  • Create strategies that feel doable — not overwhelming or unrealistic

  • Have real accountability and support so you don’t just set goals… you actually live them

What does a Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach do?
It means I’ve been professionally trained and nationally certified to help you make lasting changes in your health and life. I don’t just tell you what to do — I partner with you. I listen, ask the questions that uncover what really matters, and help you move past obstacles with clarity and confidence. Think of me as part guide, part accountability partner, and part cheerleader — with the skills and training to help you create real change.

How it works:
We’ll work together in 5 private coaching sessions, scheduled over an 8-week window. This gives you the flexibility you need, while still keeping enough structure to see progress and stay on track.
