WHAT IS THE 5 DAY RESET?
This reset is a program I offer as part of my health coaching business twice per year. Each reset is different depending on the season. It’s perfect for anyone who wants to explore the idea that what you eat makes a difference in how you feel. In this program, we focus on eating high-nutrient foods as well as looking at how much water we are drinking, how much we’re sleeping, and other small self-care steps we can take that make a difference.
This program cuts out gluten, dairy, and sugar - three foods that can be inflammatory and difficult to digest for many people. During this reset, we eat lean proteins, whole grains, and lots of fresh produce. But I promise you won’t be hungry.
My Fall 5-Day Reset is packed full of yummy recipes that will support your body, help you clean out your system, and leave you feeling full of energy so you can handle back to school nights with ease.

I like to do a reset every season for a couple of reasons. First, because it helps me get my eating on track. (Yes, even health coaches can find themselves eating too much sugar!)
