Healthy Habits 101


Develop Healthy Habits in 30 Days That Actually Sticks (Even if you’ve tried everything else to ditch bad habits and pick up good ones!)

You have the ability to transform habits this month. I know what you are thinking…you've tried that before and failed, right?

That's because:

  • you likely tried to change too much at once

  • you didn't have a reasonable game plan for taking action

  • you weren't motivated to actually make a change

This caused you to throw in the towel because what you tried wasn't working, and I get it. It's frustrating when we want to change something about ourselves, and we aren't quite sure the correct path to take to get there. I have been there myself and learned a few things that have helped me create healthy habits that stick.  

As a Health Coach, I specialize in helping women of all ages learn what works for them and their personal health and wellness journeys. My motto is YOU do YOU. I believe that everybody’s body and journey is different and it varies depending on what’s happening in your life. That includes the habits you create too. I believe that creating Healthy Habits is key to your success. 

I know first-hand that creating habits takes time. I also know personally and in my work as a coach, that if you take the time to develop healthy habits that matter to you, in a way that works for you, your family and your life - simple habits can create lasting change.  Hence why I created the 30-day Healthy Habits 101 program. 

The Healthy Habits 101 program is going to help you become laser-focused on a specific goal. You will not feel overwhelmed and there will be no confusion. Just pure intention and mindfulness poured into your goal for 30 days.

During this 30-Day Program, you will discover how to: 

  • Create healthy habits this month

  • Get unstuck, take back your power, and change your behavior

  • Make your new habits achievable and avoid self-sabotage

  • Integrate your new habit into your life!

  • Take that new habit and use it to transform your life

Module 1: This is the kick-off week for your program. We’ll start diving into habits and how to change them for good – and you’ll pick your habit you want to work on throughout the program. 

Module 2: This week we will dive deeper into reward systems and accountability for developing and following through with your habit. 

Module 3: This week we'll be focusing on how habits actually work. This will help you make sure your habits stick for good.

Module 4: We’ll wrap up the program this week with some reflection and planning for the future.

It’s going to be a powerful month tapping into what you need to create YOUR healthy habit action plan and making lasting change around your wellness. 

Details:

  • The Healthy Habits 101 program will begin on Monday, March 13th.  

  • The program will take place via a private group on Facebook with an option to follow along through email. 

  • Each Monday the topic for the week will be shared via a live video and/or zoom recording.  The recording will stay up in case you can’t join live or emailed to you. 

  • 1 - FREE 20 minute Health Coaching call with me during the 30 days to further develop your habit.

  • Weekly lives/recordings to set up the topic for the week

  • Small group coaching each day to help deepen your journey
