Chronic stress is common — whether it’s work stress, sports events, family gatherings, or travel plans, your individual needs might be a distant afterthought. Here is a reminder that self-care, daily self-care, is a must! Without it, you’re left feeling run down, fatigued, and burnt out! You can’t pour from an empty cup.

Starting February 1st, we are kicking off the month with a 10 day Love on Yourself FREE challenge! 10 days of self-care with easy-to-implement tips and tricks that will help you feel your best, inside and out.

And once you get started, staying consistent with a self-care practice will feel like a breeze! No more putting your needs on the back burner — it’s time to put yourself first!💕

This challenge will run as both an email series and in my Facebook Community page. You choose which you would prefer or do both.
