IT’S TIME FOR PLANSGIVING - 12 Days of Planks and Thanks!

November is the perfect time to slow down and put a mindful focus on gratitude and movement.

Not only is November considered the month of Thanksgiving, it also can be the time of year where you may throw caution to the wind and lose track of your wellness goals. While the holiday season can be busy, I promise you that doing small things daily will help you getting through the holidays easier. This short 2 week challenge will not only help you work your core physically, it will help you mentally as we focus each day on gratitude as well.

Join us for the Planks and Thanks challenge as we focus on one gratitude prompt & one plank challenge per day. Proper form for planks will be shown and modifications too! This group will last 12 days and will take place in my private Solid at My Core Facebook group.
