Finding Joy

If there is one thing I can drill home to you – “HEART” work pays off. 

If you are anything like me, you go through life doing all the things asked of you because you are conditioned to just "DO". We live in a society where we believe that the more we do, the better we are. We PUSH and PUSH without thinking about the impact to our health and wellness. Well, it's time to SLOW DOWN and summer is a PERFECT time to do it….to flip this switch from FAST to SLOW. It’s time we learn to listen to ourselves and just be content in our surroundings. 

I invite you to go on an self paced and self discovery journey with me as we go through the following:

• Reflect on what's working, what's not, and ultimately what you need most right now

• Gather the information you need to understand what your next step should be

• Determine what is standing in your way

• Learn how to leverage your current strengths to create more opportunities in your life and work

• Discover the choices you need to make or stop making to get you to where you want to be

Does this sound like something you and or a friend might need? 

This program is a 5-week self paced and powerful journaling challenge. I will provide you with your “workbook” to guide you through this experience. 

Each week will provide a theme to explore. There are journaling prompts each week to dig deeper into the theme, "Pick Your Own Path" adventures to go on during the week, and further "Heart-work" questions to reveal anything else that may be hiding beneath the surface ready to be revealed.

There will also be support LIVES via Facebook LIVE and/or Zoom each week for check-ins. This will be a time to share what we've discovered, ask questions, or get advice from other participants on anything that's in your heart. These will be recorded and emailed to you, should you not be able to attend or don’t wish to participate on Facebook. So, yes there will be a private Facebook group for you and your support as well. 

I do believe the Facebook community piece is a powerful one as we are all puzzle pieces to each other's possibilities, and the intimacy of sharing our hearts with each other is healing and inspiring. Having said that, I know that is not for everyone, so please do know it can be optional for you.
